Real Estate has become not only my passion but my purpose. A few years back I started the kindness group Twin Cities Metro Area Rocks. We focus on everything kindness. Through this group I have learned so many valuable lessons. Becoming A great Real Estate Agent for me needed to come from my heart. My focus in every transaction is kindness. If we start with kindness and keep it in the forefront in all transactions, how can we not succeed. I believe every realtor should have these core values to be a good agent. Not all transactions are easy. Not all circumstances are the same. But the one consistent thing I know in my heart is to always put my client’s needs before my own. Volunteering and community are a huge part of my life as well as doing things for others and expecting nothing in return. This doing God's work and that is my focus. 

I have been an agent for over 21 years working with buyers, sellers, investors, banks, relocation agents, and property management companies. My main niche has been single family homes in and around the Twin Cities Metro Area. I have built a good repour with out of state agents to help my clients with their relocation needs as well as providing them with everything they need to make the transaction go as smooth as possible. 

Buying or selling a home can be an emotional thing. I take into consideration all these factors when meeting with my clients. Are they selling their family home that they raised their children in? Perhaps it is a buyer who just lost their spouse or a possible short sale due to an unfortunate job loss. Whatever the case, every client is different. Kindness and compassion must come first. If we always put these important values first, God will lead us the rest of the way.
