Thanks for stopping by! I’m Julie—I manage the marketing and events for Minnesota Home Venture. I love that I get to combine my passion for real estate, marketing, community service, and events all in one. Plus, I get to do it all alongside the best team around!

Over the past 20 years, I’ve had amazing opportunities to help large corporations and small business build their business and brands while also indulging in my love for real estate. Whether it’s renovations, real estate investing, new homes, cabins, or anything in-between I’m here for it. 

I’ve lived in the Andover-Ramsey area most of my life. My husband Ryan and I built our forever home in Andover 8 years ago to raise our 3 active sons. If we’re not at home, you’ll likely find us at a baseball field, hockey rink, basketball court or enjoying Minnesota’s great outdoors.
